Quotes and scope
Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins. The quote states the footage covered, the number of clips and the delivery window. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Delivery and revisions
Clip standards are 24 to 48 hours from delivery of your footage unless a different window is agreed in writing. Revisions are included until a cut lands as specified in the agreed quote.
Your footage, your clips
You keep ownership of the footage you send and of the clips we deliver. We claim no rights over your material and will not reuse it for any other purpose.
Confidentiality
Your footage and project details are treated as confidential. We do not publish or showcase any client material without written approval.
